Kcalin Shandong Anqiu Tobacco Drying Project is located in Anqiu City, Weifang City, Shandong Province. The tobacco drying base is equipped with several drying rooms, each of which has a capacity of 5 tons, and the drying time of each batch of tobacco is 7 days. The system adopts Kcalin air source drying heat pump unit, and each drying room is equipped with an integral heat pump drying unit (KLHG-P/GF-40/13-1) to meet the tobacco drying process. Through heat pump drying, the fresh tobacco leaves with a moisture content of 80%~90% will be reduced to a moisture content of 4%~7%, while retaining the inherent physical characteristics, chemical composition, appearance quality, safety and rating quality of tobacco leaves, so as to become dry tobacco leaves with certain quality, style and rating standards.
